I am posting some of my first year photography students work. These are from Digital Asset Management and Principles of Photography classes that I teach.

   

Mappings. Work in progress. This is the 7th of my mixed media on canvas in the Mapping series, still influenced by urban decay and renewal. I think it’s time to put this one aside to work on the other two before I overwork it. I’m trying to keep it fresh and spontaneous. It’s hard for me to know sometimes when a painting is finished.
